Bear Method publishes marketing diagnoses of public companies, built from public data. It is commentary and analysis. It is not investment research, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. No one here is your adviser, and nothing here accounts for your situation. If you make investment decisions based on these pages, that is your decision and your risk.
Opinions are labeled as opinions, hypotheses as hypotheses, and synthetic panel output is labeled simulated at every appearance. Our trading policy is on the corrections page.
Every factual claim pins to a cited public source with a stated as-of date. We work to get facts right, but we do not warrant that anything here is accurate, complete, or current. Data goes stale; filings get amended. If you believe a fact is wrong, the corrections policy is the door, and it is a real one: verified errors get corrected in place, with a dated note.
The site and everything on it are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, Click Makers, LLC and everyone who works on Bear Method are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything in it, including trading or business losses. Where the law does not permit that limit, our total liability is capped at one hundred US dollars.

If you have a problem with us, write to corrections@bearmethod.ai first; most things resolve there within thirty days. Any dispute that does not gets resolved by binding arbitration in Wyoming under the American Arbitration Association's consumer rules, on an individual basis only. Neither of us brings or joins a class action. Either of us may use small claims court instead for a claim that fits there.
