Field diagnoses of small public companies, from the outside
Adopted August 2026. Publisher: Click Makers, LLC, a Wyoming company. This page describes what this site collects and what happens to it. When that changes, this page changes first, with a dated note at the bottom.
We keep your email address, the page you signed up from, the page that sent you there, and the time you signed up. That is the whole record. It goes to our own mailing system, run on servers we operate, and it is used for one thing: sending you one email per specimen, the day it publishes. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.
Advance notice, dated August 6, 2026: none of the tools in this section are live yet. They are planned for mid-August 2026, and when they ship this note gets a dated update. Until then, the site sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts.
Analytics. We plan to run Google Tag Manager (which loads the other tools), Google Analytics, and PostHog. These record the pages you visit, how you got here, rough location from your IP address, and device and browser details, tied to a random identifier stored in a cookie. We use this to understand what gets read. Google and PostHog receive this data under their own policies: Google, PostHog.
Advertising pixels. When we run ad campaigns, we may add pixels from Meta, LinkedIn, X, and Google. A pixel tells that platform you visited this site so we can measure ads and reach readers like you. That transfer counts as "sharing" personal information under California law even though no money changes hands, so the opt-outs below apply to it.
What we will not run. No identity-resolution or visitor-deanonymization tools. Reading this site anonymously keeps you anonymous to us; the analytics above count visits, they do not name visitors.
If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK. You will see a consent banner before any of these tools load, and none of them load unless you say yes. Declining changes nothing about your access.
Everyone else. You can opt out of analytics and ad pixels any time; see the next section. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as an opt-out of sharing automatically.
We do not sell personal information for money. We will share it with ad platforms through the pixels described above, which California law treats as "sharing." To opt out of that: turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, use the cookie controls once the banner ships, or email corrections@bearmethod.ai with the subject "opt out" and we will honor it within fifteen business days. No account, no proof of anything required.
If you live in California, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, ask us to correct it, and opt out of sharing as described above. We will never treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. Send requests to corrections@bearmethod.ai; we confirm within ten business days and complete within forty-five. Given how little we hold, the answer to "what do you have on me" will usually be an email address or nothing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen.
Booking runs on Calendly, a scheduling service with its own privacy policy. What you enter there goes to Calendly under their terms, not ours.
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like every hosting provider, Cloudflare keeps short-lived technical logs of requests, including IP addresses, to run and protect the network. Their privacy policy covers that. We do not use those logs to identify readers.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and it works the first time. If you want your address deleted entirely, or want to know what we hold about you, write to corrections@bearmethod.ai and we will do it and confirm within five business days.
Every change to what this site collects gets a dated note here before it happens. Silence means nothing changed.
